Gorgeous ceramics for your walls!

Bare walls are a thing of the past. These gorgeously luxe tiles add color and texture to any room. Tile patterns, ranging from the brash and bold to the subtle and complex, capture attention and brighten space with their glossy glaze.  Ceramic is still the number one choice of homeowners and designers for walls; ceramic wall tile is for walls what granite is for counters.  A collection of textured, beveled and colored ceramics from Hastings Tile will knock your socks off.

Villeroy & Boch has an elegant collection of rich, textured, black tiles called Boudoir. Used alone and mixing the direction of tiles, or in combination with smooth white tiles, the look is stunning.

Finally, look at these 3D tiles by ModCraft. In a smoky amber glaze, their Valley wall tiles tie the wood cabinetry, marble counters, and stone floors together. The handmade tiles in original designs are a huge part of their new tile line. Described by Better Homes and Gardens as “combining warm ripples of retro with cool contemporary flair,” the amber-glazed Valley tile is a new way to warm up the walls of a bathroom using modern lines and a rad, raised effect. The Valley tile’s elegant, high-fire stoneware clay with a shiny finish creates a dynamic visual effect with its four edges that slop away from the center. The wall tiles, measuring 6” x 6”, can be placed either horizontally or vertically, using the light in the room surrounding it to create interesting shadows.
