7 Ingredient Flourless Chocolate Cookies

Yield: 20 cookies



  • Preheat oven to 350. 
  • In a food processor - easier than a blender- grind up the beans and cocoa powder. 
  • Then add the remaining ingredients and blend well. 
  • Drop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet 
  • Bake for 14-15 minutes. 
  • Cool fully before removing them from the baking sheet. 

For best results, store them in the fridge or freeze them.  I use Pyrex lidded containers in both fridge & freezer.
