New take on classic sofa

We all love a beautiful home whether it's in a grand scale or quaintly sized.  To make your environment fresh and relevant, changes are necessary.  When a new sofa is all you need, what should your choice be?

Classic pieces are always right, but update yours with a sense of 'today'.  Rather than replacing your rolled arm sofa with the same style, opt for a more streamlined piece that offers you flexibility in scale and seating.  The sofa on the right is traditional and lovely but takes up a lots of extra space with the large curved arms.  It seats 2 unless someone sits where the 2 cushions join.  For 88" of space, that's not always a great option. Below, the sofa has classic turned legs, a graceful camel back and tuxedo style arms. The 88" length seats 4 comfortably with a bench seat (we also make this with cushions too) and there is less side space taken up with narrow arms. We can scale this sofa to be the right size for a small sitting room, drop the arms to make a bench for a dining table, and add a skirt for a very formal room.  What do you think?
