DIY Bath Storage Ideas

My client's daughters share a bathroom. They're at the age where personal things aren't shared and they have distinct personalities for how to store or display toiletries, hair clips, jewelry and nail polish.  I used this technique - also great for custom buffet service - and the results speak for themselves.  Each girl has her unique private place to stash their stuff.  Plates and candleholders can be found at garage and tag sales, and off-priced shops like Marshals and Home Goods. 

I love old bowls for stashing things inside the drawers too. 

For Mom, storing her makeup and brushes in easy reach is mature and classic in blue and white porcelain.
